Return Policy
Return & Withdrawal Policy
By enrolling in this coaching program, you acknowledge that your place is reserved in advance and that resources, curriculum access, and coaching capacity are allocated specifically to you.
30-Day Withdrawal Period
You may request to withdraw from the program within 30 calendar days of receipt of your first tuition payment (deposit or first instalment, depending on your payment arrangement) by providing written notice to the Coach.
The 30-day withdrawal period begins when the Coach receives your first tuition payment and is not affected by the program start date, access to materials, or scheduling of coaching sessions.
Refund Assessment
Where a valid withdrawal request is received within the 30-day period, any refund (if applicable) will be assessed based on:
coaching sessions already delivered
curriculum, materials, or resources accessed
administrative and onboarding costs incurred
reservation of coaching capacity
any other services already provided
Any approved refund may be reduced to reflect services and resources already used or accessed.
Non-Refundable Amounts
The initial deposit is non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
After 30 Days
Withdrawal requests received after the 30-day period will generally not be eligible for a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law or approved in writing by the Coach.
Financial Hardship
Where a participant experiences genuine and unforeseen financial hardship, alternative arrangements such as a program pause, deferred participation, modified payment plan, or tuition credit may be considered at the Coach's discretion. Approval of any hardship request is assessed individually and does not create a precedent.
Digital Content Access
Digital resources, workbooks, recordings, and curriculum may be made available upon enrolment or prior to program commencement. Access to these materials may be considered in any refund assessment.
Important Note
This policy forms part of your Coaching Agreement and does not override your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
